AnyDesk remote support

AnyDesk program allows us to remotely access the desktop and control the configuration of your IP device. You can click the AnyDesk link below only after we have agreed on a remote support session over the phone. You can find the phone number in the Contacts section. 

Please note that we do not have access to your PC without your permission. Remote support works if you start the AnyDesk program and provide us with your access number (AnyDesk address). You will then be notified that we want remote access to your computer's desktop.

Only if you agree to remote access, we can access your desktop. You will also constantly see what we are doing on your computer.
