Lift Call Center
Designed for monitoring and collecting calls from line and GSM / 4G elevator intercoms. The program is designed for Windows.
The Alphatech Brave Link Lift Watch and the Alphatech Lift Call Line elevator intercoms contain a serial ID number to locate the elevator car when the lift intercoms are connected to the PBX phone system. Emergency and service calls are received via the 4G GSM gateway or 2G GSM gateway and transmit the necessary call data to the BlackBox registration computer connected to the USB port. Emergency calls are transferred to the telephone of the control room assistant, who handles calls with people in the elevator car. Error SMS text message is transmitted to the Call Center via a GSM modem, which is connected via the RS232 interface (it can also be connected to USB using the RS232-USB adapter).
